Awful company, they lie to you about an aid who is sitting right beside me. They do not look for help until the day before or the same day when they know the aid has "babysitter or car problems" I had to hire private pay to make sure my husband had an aid. Aids are worthless, play on their phones & do not do what is on their list. Do not use this company
