Seriously? Your cookie cutter response to every review is BS. There is NOTHING EXCEPTIONAL about this place and when i did call for a status his doctor told me "if im so concerned i should call off work and go sit there" and yes I did file a complaint with the state about his unprofessional response.

I wouldn’t leave my dog at this place. 2 to 3 hours waiting for a diaper change. My family member laying in a soiled diaper for hours. I observed other residents with same issues. Residents yelling for help and no response. Aweful there!!!

My Dad has been here for 2 weeks. This is a very difficult job, but the staff are very caring and kind. They treat my Dad with dignity and kindness. The food is delicious! It smells so good and Dad loves it. Our family wants to thank all the Nurses, CNA's, Administration, and all staff for taking care of my Dad, Frank. ❤️

The older Caucasian woman working at the front desk in the afternoons /evenings is rude and unprofessional.She does not demonstrate the level of customer service I would expect in a front desk position. She should not be working at the front desk. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as front desk staff are often the first point of contact and play an important role in creating a welcoming environment.

Extremely rude and verbally aggressive front desk staff. They are extremely reactive, disrespectful and have a tremendous appetite for conflict. Proceed with caution.
