I’m seeing a lot of reviews that match what I witnessed for myself today, if not even worse. I just want everyone to know you CAN report the facility to the ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH. I highly recommend doing so.

I have a family member that's currently a resident of the facility. The services that she is receiving the treatment and the lack of care is completely unacceptable. The presentation of the food is disgusting. Her belongs have been stolen twice. This place need to closed down and I have made the News (Samantha Chapman) aware of the lack of care they provide the residents.

my sister is in your facility, i'm not impressed, I'm there every week to refresh her laundry. in the past month she has had eight pair of pants, gone missing. her charger for her tablet has gone missing , she has had an incident where another resident throw a drink at her( i was not informed of this} . she has a specific pillow that she sits on, 2 have gone missing and i recently purchased another one if this one goes missing , i will take it further . these pillows cost 75.00 each , i was told they would reimburse me and never did. as far as her clothes i'm not providing clothes for other residents, as i heard a conversation that this is what they do, when others have accidents and they don't have enough clothes. i'm at the point of writing the state regarding this facility
