I can not give this place enough stars. We all worry about the care our parents will receive when this day comes, but they have treated my mom so well, the staff is always very kind, and helpful. They are always there when she needs help, and never seem put out, or too busy. It’s very clean, and the rooms are spacious. I’ve eaten there a couple of times and the food has always been good. There are many activities and mentally stimulating things to do. I highly recommend Alderwood, my mom is very happy here, and always tells us how good everyone treats her. Thank you to the staff of Alderwood for the exceptional care you are giving my mom.

Warm, friendly environment, exceptional, receptionist, manager, caregivers this is a must see assisted-living in central point. I love this place. It’s like family here. If you’re looking for a place to put mom or dad, this is a warm and loving place and safe if there was a 10 star rating, I would give it a 10!

I am vary disappointed with them they didn’t bother to check their facts. They turned me down because my doctor told them i self medicate and i smoke pot!!! First of all i had quit smoking pot a while back because of my breathing problems and i refused to keep taking meds that he prescribed because they made me have seizures! I wouldn’t want to luve in a place that is so condemning without all the facts
