I love all the people i work with and enjoy their company. I have been with the company for almost 3 years and they worked around my other job and I loved that so I could work to jobs. Sunshine In Home Care started looking after my mother in the fall of 2020, and remained as her most stable caregiving provider until her death in June 2021. Our family employed several different agencies, and the caregivers from Sunshine stood out from the rest (with the exception of one caregiver from a different agency). My mother's caregivers were not just highly skilled -- they were kind, friendly, respectful and warm. While maintaining their professionalism and courtesy, they developed real relationships with our mother, and with other family members. My mother came to love them and count on them for her comfort and for companionship. We were grateful for their help and regarded them truly as members of our family. On a practical level, working with my mother's long-term care insurance was not easy, and Sunshine was very helpful in making administrative changes that helped me collect the reimbursements the insurance agency owed. I am so thankful that in the last part of my mother's life, she had caregivers as professional, kind, competent and warm as these women. I recommend them highly.

Sunshine provided care to my 88 year old mother for 7 months. We worked with multiple agencies and Sunshine was far and away the best. The caregivers were careful, compassionate, honest, and kind, and communicated their observations to me clearly and immediately. The company is well administered, very responsive to calls and emails, and very flexible when it comes to matching a caregiver's personality with the client's. Billings are accurate. The company worked with us to customize paperwork for our long-term care insurance claim submittals, and they were very accommodating in communicating with multiple family members. They were flexible in scheduling. They seem to have better-trained caregivers and a more professional set of protocols than other agencies we worked with. They adapted quickly and well to my mother's changing condition over time. I recommend them without reservation, and would hire them again without hesitation.
