This place is a nightmare. The staff is completely indifferent and often ignores residents' needs. The facility is dirty, poorly maintained, and feels more like a prison than a retirement home. My loved one suffered neglect, and when I tried to voice my concerns, I was met with hostility and dismissiveness. They overcharge for subpar care and have no regard for the well-being of their residents. Avoid at all costs—this place is a disgrace.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Bridge Retirement & Assisted Living. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, and my loved one did not receive the level of care they needed. The facility was not well-maintained, and it felt disorganized and run-down. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were ignored. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and a respectful environment. Extremely dissatisfied.

The staff are loud and obnoxious. There is a cloud of smoke that hangs over the building because all they do is smoke cigarettes and w33d right by the entrance and the homes next door. It's gross. They don't care for the people there or the homes next door to them. Good luck to you if you decide this place.

I would highly recommend not moving your family members into this facility, this is absolutely the worse facility I have ever worked for. Resident are constantly running out of brief and when we do get them they are the wrong ones or the wrong size, they are constantly running out of medications and they make the caregivers use food handling gloves to care for the resident

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Bridge Retirement and Assisted Living. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and genuine care that the staff provide to every resident. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The caregivers go above and beyond to ensure residents feel respected, supported, and valued. They take the time to really get to know each person — their routines, preferences, and personalities — which makes the care feel truly personalized. The management team is responsive and compassionate, and they communicate beautifully with families, which gives so much peace of mind. The activities and meals are exceptional! There’s always something engaging happening — from crafts and outings to music and social events. It’s wonderful to see residents smiling, laughing, and feeling part of a community. The dining options are fresh, nutritious, and thoughtfully planned, with something for everyone.
