I want management to know how well Kathleen handled working with my somewhat gracious on the outside and stubborn on the inside, 90 year old mother for the last several weeks. Kathleen took her time with my mom. She had a good read on how far to push and when to back off. In the end, my mother got a lot out of the sessions the Kathleen., Mom accepted the responsibility that was hers and made good progress with a positive attitude. I don’t know how Kathleen did it but she worked her magic and my mom actually listened to her and made progress! Thank you Kathleen! I also want to give a special thanks to Abbie, and all of the girls that came to assist my mom’s home health. The whole team is great!! My hat is off to you all. Thank you.
