Our family has had a very positive experience at The Inn at the Grove over the past six months. My dad lives in the independent living community, and my mom is in memory care, so we've had the opportunity to experience both sides of the community firsthand. On the independent living side, Julie, the Associate Executive Director, went above and beyond to make sure my dad's transition was as smooth as possible. She answered our questions, addressed concerns, and made our family feel welcome from day one. The community offers a variety of activities for residents, and although my dad usually prefers spending his days with my mom, it's great to know those opportunities are available. Julie is also incredibly visible around the community, always taking time to stop, say hello, and genuinely ask how things are going. Those small interactions speak volumes about the culture they're building. On the memory care side, Pam Roberts, the Campus Executive Director, was a tremendous help during my mom's move-in, making a difficult transition much easier. The entire memory care team has been wonderful. Caring for people with memory loss requires incredible patience and compassion, and every visit reminds us how dedicated they are. We often see staff members walking with residents, offering reassurance, and providing comfort while meeting the demanding needs of memory care. Since new management took over last fall, we've noticed a real commitment to continuous improvement. From updates to the buildings to improvements in day-to-day operations, it feels like leadership is listening to residents and families. While no senior living community is perfect, we've appreciated seeing concerns taken seriously and thoughtful changes made along the way. Choosing a senior living community for your loved ones is one of the hardest decisions a family can make. We're grateful to have found a community where both of our parents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.
