I have found my visits to Table Rock Memory Care to be so enjoyable. The beautiful community, kind and caring staff and positive environment are always seen and felt. The residents that live here are definitely in a place that feels like home and they are treated like family. One of the best memory care communities I have been to!

I have recently put my dad in this facility. Not only did they make it a fast process but made sure to take care of the details I had not thought of. Annette has been so helpful and kind and informative. When I went to the facility it was clean, smelled good and the residents were well taken care of. The nursing staff is patient kind and have a great sense of humor. I am confident and at peace knowing he is there. I am well informed about his care and the communication is unprecedented. Thank you for helping me get him there and I need to add that i am not local. They did this move without me there. Thank you for just being amazing and kind. Tonya

This facility has been an extremely upsetting experience for my family. After we brought my father here and communicated clearly about the level of care and assistance he needed, we were reassured that he would be taken care of and that he would not be suddenly discharged. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept. When my father was taken to the ER, we were told that he would not be allowed to return because they claimed they were understaffed and that he was “too aggressive.” This was shocking and heartbreaking to hear, especially considering that in just two weeks of being very sick at this facility my father had deteriorated to the point where he could no longer walk or speak. For them to label him as aggressive under those circumstances felt completely unfair. To make matters worse, we were given no notice that they intended to refuse his return. Anyone who has cared for a seriously ill family member knows how difficult it is to suddenly arrange 24/7 care. My mother works full time and I am a college student, and we were put into an impossible position during an already devastating time when we don’t even know how much time we have left with him. There were also deeply concerning issues with the quality of care. On two separate occasions we found soiled diapers left in his bed. In addition, many of the staff members were unprofessional, rude, and dismissive when concerns were raised. I will say that the main administrator and manager seemed kind and understanding, but unfortunately that was not reflected in the behavior or level of care provided by many of the other staff members. Families trust facilities like this to care for their loved ones with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this facility. If you are considering placing someone you love here, please be cautious and ask many questions.

We recently moved our mom in to Table Rock Memory Care from a different community and it has been an amazing change! The staff, the food, the activities and most importantly the cleanliness! Her room is cleaned daily and everything is neat and in its place! Mom is cared for and entertained! We are so glad we were able to get her in!

My husband was placed at TRMC in Medford, Oregon, August of 2023. It is a secure facility and looks great. He was welcomed by staff and I immediatly was impressed by the friendliness and care he received. He was there for 2 years until he passed in July of this year. (2025) He had Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinsons. Due to the Parkinsons, he would occasionally fall, and communication was good when this happened. In Oregon a resident cannot be restrained but they did their best, putting mats near the bed The Physical Therepy Assistant went above and beyond as well as some of the caregivers. They had to deal with a variety of personalities and behaviors and seemed able to handle whatever came their way.. In spite of what I thought about the facility in general, which was overall positive, management seemed to change frequently. With each change, the staff seemed to deal well with it. Although there were minor violations, the State, in the last few months came down hard on them (which is to be expected) and new managment made it difficult on the staff, to the point of many of the good ones leaving. I can only speak of my own experience as the wife of someone whom I could not take care of. I would say it was the best place for him, as it was a better social environment and caring staff at the time. Management makes all the difference. My hope is that this beautiful facility can ride with the changes and keep striving for excellence.
