Severely understaffed, especially in Memory Care. A lovely facility that tricks you into thinking that the care will be excellent. They charge based on "care points", then they simply don't provide the care they say they will - basic stuff like tooth brushing, changing diapers for incontinent clients like my dad, helping them eat, not losing their clothes, you name it. Costs have inflated by 30% per year, while my dad has pretty much stayed the same. They have a few staff that really care, but they are so overworked that the overall experience is still bad. Beware!

Extremely understaffed. Employees having to work doubles and alone. No plan to hire more due to lawsuits. Please read up on his place before you let a loved one live here. No enrichment director or assistant, no culinary director, other departments extremely low staffed. This is what they were sued for and it's still going on.

This Aegis Living is in a wonderful neighborhood. It is extremely walkable around there with tons of things to do. The building itself is also beautiful.

Beautiful community in a very walkable neighborhood with markets, cafes and even a movie theater. Longevity in the management! Having the peace of mind of the offering of both a high level of care and secure memory care if needed is so important when looking for a Senior Living Care Community.
