We have contracted with ActiveCare Home Care for my family. While I prefer to limit the details of the situation due to privacy, I can tell you it is not an easy situation to manage. The caregivers have been extremely patient and caring in a sometimes stressful environment, and have worked well with the family to overcome the occasional hurdle. And Marisa, the caregiver’s manager, WOW! Marisa has incredible knowledge and training in so many areas. I have seen her in action diffuse a stressful situation with what seems to be no effort at all - And she does it with such compassion and care. Although this is our first time using in-home care, we are extremely happy with the service thus far.

We decided to hire the services of Active Care Home Care for my mom. At first we were skeptical about bringing in a caregiver to take care of my mom in her house by herself. Let alone someone to live with her 7 days a week without us. Thankfully, the choice we made was such an enormous relief. The care team are very professional, experienced . They brought in a new level to my mom's well being. The caregivers assigned to my mom are consistent with their schedules . Not to mention how joyful and enthusiastic they are to take care of my mom. Nirmy , the manager communicates with us on a regularly basis . That helps a lot. I am extremely satisfied with how dedicated they are to getting things done just as how my mom wants it. It is a huge peace of mind.

I employed ActiveCare Home Care services for my dear friend. She provided excellent care and made sure my Friend was comfortable and followed the care plan. Her caregiver was very kind, prompt, and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a home care services. Nermala she is very thorough and extremely professional. She was always available to help with any questions or concerns.

I used Active Care Home Care services for my grandma. Our caregiver was very kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. I feel that she provided excellent care and made sure my grandma was always comfortable and that the care plan was met completely. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a home care services. Marisa is the agency manager and she is very thorough and extremely professional and she is always available to help with any questions or concerns. Please try them out you won’t be disappointed!

After my dad's stroke he needed in-home care-giving 24 hours a day for a period of time then part time daily care giving services. We were given 3 Care Giving Agency referrals. Of the 3, we selected Active Care because of their ability to answer most all of our interview questions & present a very complete & specific picture of the services they offered. Their follow-up on questions from their representative, Rachel, was prompt. They offered care giver credentials & certifications which was very important to us. Their communication with us was prompt, courteous & compassionate. We had one incident over a weekend with an out-sourced caregiver (short notice replacement) who, we discovered, was not qualified to meet my dad's needs & in calling Active Care they responded very quickly & in a couple of hours we had a qualified care giver back in his home. They made follow up calls, including the owner, in a timely manner to check on care giver satisfaction, any concerns we had & presented themselves with a genuine caring approach. They listened well & responded well. Shanur was very cooperative, accommodating & easy to work with. We have been very, very pleased with the service we have received from Active Care & will go back to them for any future needs we may have for care-giving services. Thank you all at Active Care for helping us take such good care of my dad.
