I have a friend that has had many issue having her call button answered, I stay on on phone with her waiting to to hear when someone responds to her calls and it can take over a hour. Sympathy and compassion for the elderly has no place sadly at time in this location. Think twice, I don’t know a 3.9 rating, it must be from people who don’t really care or have someone can’t tell them how they are be treated. Where is the training, the care…not here.

My grandmother completed rehab at Wynscape and it was a great experience! Staff were kind and helpful, and the therapy she received was great. I can’t believe the progress she made in a short amount of time!The administrative staff (admissions, social services) were very responsive and patient in helping my family understand the insurance coverage and discharge process. We had a very comprehensive care plan meeting during the first week with all of the department heads, which was very informative and detailed. The nurses are kind and compassionate, the facility is spotless and smells good, the food is phenomenal, and there were always so many activities going on to keep my grandmother busy. Overall we were very pleased with the facility and the care that she received!

This is a good place to stay while performing physical therapy to get strong enough to go back to live in the Windermer community.

Wynstar is excellent facility. The food, the healthcare, the cleaning service, the physical/occupational therapy and speech therapy is excellent.
