Wyndemere Memory Care

Wyndemere Memory Care is a specialized memory care community located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, providing 24/7 care for residents with memory loss and dementia. The community comprises three homes—Aspen House with 20 apartments, Birch House with 16 apartments, and Cedar House with 14 apartments for those with physical or developmental disabilities—situated along riverside walking trails near the Fox Valley area.

Care at Wyndemere is built on person-centered approaches and Validation Therapy, delivered by specially trained care partners with licensed nurse oversight. The community emphasizes creating meaningful connections through Life Story programs that celebrate each resident's unique experiences and accomplishments. Growth and Wellness Plans focus on residents' strengths, goals, and passions rather than limitations, supporting physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Life enrichment programming is central to the community's philosophy, offering activities including music, movement, art, storytelling, sensory activities, and pet therapy visits designed to spark joy and foster purpose. Signature programs include the Tiny Stories™ Project, which captures and preserves residents' personal narratives, and Circle of Friends™, gatherings that foster meaningful conversation and connection among residents and care team members through discussion, creative expression, music, and cognitive exercises.

Dining plays a significant role in daily life at Wyndemere, with chef-prepared, restaurant-style meals served three times daily featuring homestyle favorites, locally sourced ingredients, and Alzheimer's and dementia-friendly options.
