My dad spent a month rehabbing here after a fall that resulted in a severe head injury. Even though he is a headstrong, grumpy old man, the staff did a great job nursing him back to health. Karen was especially patient and helpful. She monitored and adjusted dad’s care as needed, and she calmly answered all my many questions and provided accurate updates when I called from out of state. Brad and the other PT staff continued working to get dad to move, even though he has always opposed any form of exercise. I’m very thankful for all the help they provided during this tough time.

I am posting this review on behalf of my father: Odd Fellows Nursing Home provided exceptional care for my wife, and I’m incredibly grateful to the entire staff. They treated her with dignity, respect and genuine compassion every single day. Just as important, they supported me with honesty, kindness and understanding throughout the process. It gave me real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for truly caring and dedicated people.

The CEO and management do not care about the residents or their workers for that matter. Housekeeping basically doesn't exist. My family member had feces all over his toilet for over a week after they emptied his bedpan. Urinal was never cleaned. Was left on a bedpan for over an hour. Was dropped during transfers 4 times in 5 months. Food was always cold and portions not big enough for a child. Watch your bill. Many unknown charges and they would never return phone calls when you called to question charges. State had to visit this facility 3 times in five months. Do not put your loved one here.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are very nice and inviting. Update, two years later and had another associate with a 10 week stay. Nothing has changed, still 5 star.
