There have been so many thefts here. DO NOT let your loved ones keep cash or anything valuable with them. Management does nothing and truly doesn't care. There is so much neglect and the staff truly doesn't care.

This has been by far one of the worst experiences we have ever dealt with. The amount of neglect we received to our loved one should have been reported to the police. Our father in law stayed here for almost one month until we had him moved as quickly as we could. There were so many countless nights that my father in law needed help using the bathroom and he had to wait 2-4 hours to let someone relieve him. This facility said they fired the person, and we believe we were lied to because they said they fired them again? They told us this is not normal but it’s been normal for them the entire experience we had with them. Also please be aware that every night we tried to call the facility the phones were never on. Not one time could I get ahold an employee to ask how our loved one was doing. We have been apologized to so many times but nothing ever changed. We felt it was just because they didn't want to get into trouble not because it was sincere. I really advise anyone that is looking for care to please go somewhere else. You will regret bringing someone you care about here. This experience was a nightmare and I cannot believe this establishment hasn't been shut down or reported to state.

I give the staff 5 stars, they have been amazing assisting me in moving my parents into the facility. From home visits, to multiple tours to emotionally supporting me thru the process.<br>Mom and dad are also enjoying having people to visit with and everyone is so pleasant!<br>They love the meals and I can even join them.<br>Their apartment is very nice and spacious for all of their belongings. Also, nice and quiet.<br>Life is so much better for them here.

My mom recently became a resident at Bishop's Court. I am very happy with all of the care and kindness they have shown to my family. My mom is very happy with her new apartment and all of the home cooked meals. She is treated with respect and allowed her privacy. I would highly recommend Bishop's Court as a place for you loved one to live!

After starting at this facility I have seen such caring staff and great activities take place here. Even with our social distancing precautions our residents still have a great time with every activity. Staff here are so nice and helpful with residents as well as with other staff members. Teamwork is definitely great here and I am so happy to be here to help create a change for residents living here and future residents as well!
