Our beloved Mother/Mother in Law Fay Miller spent 15 months at Grace, and they provided compassionate and loving care to her for which we are very grateful. The Owner, all the Managerial staff and the wonderful care givers/staff at Grace who cared for Fay, fed her, and did her hair made all of us feel like we were part of the Grace Family. Any concerns were always addressed and resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Fay felt comfortable there, and she always said they took great care of her. She especially loved all of the caregivers who showed her much love and she in turn loved them. Her last few months as Fay succumbed to her illnesses were difficult for her and our family. They were wonderful to our entire family! We spent a great deal of time there in the 15 months and we would highly recommend Grace Senior Living for your loved ones needing care.

As a volunteer Therapy Dog team, we have had the opportunity to witness the genuine care the staff has for the patients. They provide so many activities to engage the members and increase their quality of life. We enjoy coming every two weeks and the guests enjoy interacting with the dog. Smiles all around!

My mom has been at Grace for almost a year now. The staff at Grace has been great. They helped her settle in and have been taking great care of her ever since. Grace has become her new home. I would highly recommend Grace to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, friendly place for their loved one!

We’ve had a really positive experience with Grace. From the beginning, the staff has been welcoming and truly takes the time to get to know the residents and families. What stands out the most is their focus on overall wellness—not just physical care, but making sure residents are comfortable, engaged, and treated with dignity every day. The team is attentive and responsive, and when we’ve had questions or concerns, they’ve been willing to listen and follow up. It gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in a place where their well-being is a priority and where the staff genuinely cares. We’ve also seen a lot of positive changes recently, and bringing in the new Wellness Director was a great decision. You can tell there is strong leadership and a real focus on improving care and communication. No place is perfect, but you can tell they are always working to improve and do what’s best for the residents. That effort really shows.

My dad was in Grace Rochester for almost a year. He was so loved and cared for. The caregivers were so attentive to him and anticipated his needs by getting to know his habits, likes and dislikes. The food was a wonderful balanced meal and so much healthier than the microwave dinner he was eating at home. The clinical managers were so helpful when he had a health concern. They are so busy and have so many residents with constant interruptions throughout the day, but they make you feel like your loved one is priority. The activity team was incredible with getting him to activities that he liked and encouraged him to try new things. He had a new outlook on life with something to look forward to daily instead of being in his home where he did nothing and very few people to talk to. I also want to say that the sales and management team was great in helping us acclimate and understand the whole process of his transition. Overall, I was very happy with Grace and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a loving, caring environment for a lonely loved one who says they don't want to leave their home. Trust me, it is a great decision for their spirits, happiness, and overall wellbeing.
