This place failed on every level. My mother was there in 2021. Prior to her admission, I toured the facility and asked several specific questions related to the level of care that my mom needed. I was assured that they were able to meet her care needs. Upon admission, my mom sat in her wheelchair for over 4 hours with no oxygen. In that time she spilled the soup they gave her on herself and failed to clean her up while she still had no oxygen. They brought her to an appointment with a tank of oxygen that went out in 30 min. Luckily my stepdad brought her some because they weee not able to. The last day she was there, my mom’s oxygen saturation was 86% and they refused to call a doctor. I called EMS and she was taken to the hospital and admitted. I chose to bring her home and care for her along with family. Do not let your loved one go there. It was a terrible experience for our family. They failed to meet all the needs that they said they could meet. My mom would have died there had we not intervened.
