Mercy House Living Springs has been such a blessing to so many! The staff are always so happy and welcoming. You walk in the building and you instantly feel a sense of home. The building is always clean, and the home-cooked meals smell amazing! If you happen to stop by over the weekend, you’ll be met with the smell of fresh baked goodies. All the staff go above and beyond for the residents and care partners. I know all the staff by name because there’s no turnover in this building. The staff are clearly happy — but how could they not be when they have such an amazing Resident Care Coordinator and Manager! Felicia is incredible, and her staff definitely have an outstanding leader to look up to. What stood out to me the most is that Felicia and her team aren’t just here for the residents, but for the families too. This is a top-tier community, and I won’t ever stop recommending them! Not only would your family members love it here, but families will too.

Having to put my daddy in memory care was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. But, he is exactly where he needs to be surrounded by caring individuals who love on him, laugh with him, assist him in all of his activities of daily living. They have become extended family and I could not do this without them. They make sure he has 3 Home-cooked meals and snacks daily and the entire staff engages with all of their residents, which I absolutely love. The staff has always been Welcoming and kind anytime I am there and more than willing to accommodate anything I have ever asked of them. They work hard to keep their facility clean and to keep their residents safe. Each day they plan activities and have special guests to entertain and engage the residents. I am so glad that I found them to care for my sweet daddy.

Felicia is the most amazing coordinator. She has helped my loved one so much and our family with every single need that we have had since being here. She has been absolute God send to all of us during this time of transition.

They don't just manage daily routines; they actively engage residents with thoughtful, structured activities that bring them joy. The environment is always safe, clean, and warm. I am deeply grateful to the staff members for their open communication and the genuine love they show Mercy House Living Springs residents. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking amazing and all around care for their family member.
