The facility itself is located in a very nice part of Waco.

This facility states that it is open 24 hours a day, but there is no answering service after hours, not that anyone at the facility returns calls. The communication from Administrative Staff to Family is terrible. You can leave messages, but no one answers or calls back. At one point, one of my family members managed to get ahold of management, and was told the reason they hadn't called was due to them not having any contact information on file, which was a lie.

The nurses there seem to care. I appreciate what they are trying to do. The management staff seems to not care. At times that I've visited, there is no one manning their front desk, where guests are required to sign in. I was told by management that if I needed someone to ring a bell. What I heard was, expect the same level of service you'd find in a Dollar General.

And each reason they provide as to why they fail in service is just a poor excuse for mismanagement of their people, budget, and resources.

Furthermore, I have contacted Priority Management, the company that oversees Ridgecrest. They have yet to return a call. It would seem that they do not care about how their company is viewed.

Relative was actually worse when they left. Next of kin was never contacted, occasional bath. Wound dressing not changed.

Ridgecrest is amazing and they really care about their residents. You can really feel the love when you walk through the door. Everyone is happy, helpful and kind. The building is being remodeled, and it is looking really nice. The new management is rebranding the entire community for the better.

I recently moved my sister to the Assisted Living at Ridgecrest. The campus is located in a very desirable location & the grounds are just beautiful. I am so pleased we found Ridgecrest because I don’t have to worry about my sister’s care there. The staff & everyone there are so supportive. Best decision ever!!!
