Woodside Manor is an assisted living community in Green Bay, Wisconsin, serving residents age 55 and older. As a community-based residential facility, it provides nursing and therapy care, chef-prepared meals, wellness programs, and spiritual support, with a focus on balancing independence and needed assistance.
The community offers one and two bedroom apartments with private patios or balconies, each equipped with a kitchenette. A full-time registered nurse and trained medical staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and the building features a locked and secured entrance with 24-hour call response systems and emergency call pendants in each apartment. Qualifying residents with a physician's order have access to therapy services and a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center at Woodside Lutheran Home.
Dining is a centerpiece of daily life at Woodside Manor. Three homemade meals are provided each day, prepared by chefs who create diverse cuisine from around the world, including fresh seafood and Italian dishes, and will prepare family recipes shared by residents. The kitchen accommodates special dietary needs such as diabetic, low sodium, and gluten-free meals.
Residents benefit from a full campus with beautiful walking paths, a wellness program offering individualized plans and one-on-one coordination, and a life enrichment team that organizes diverse activities and social events. A campus chapel and full-time ELCA Lutheran Pastor provide spiritual support, Bible studies, and religious services.
The community also offers short-term respite care stays ranging from 5 to 90 days in furnished apartments, ideal for those testing assisted living, recovering from hospitalization, or providing caregivers with needed breaks. An Alzheimer's Support Group for Family Caregivers meets monthly on the third Tuesday at 1:30 PM.
