Biggest traffic nuisance on the 4 lane stretch of Braddock, recurrent utility problems only make matters worse. The functionaries who approved this disastrous zoning need to be expelled and barred from public office. It’s an utter travesty that our dear county government approved this monument to boomer decrepitude while young people in the area are struggling to afford rent, let alone their own homes.

I moved into Woodleigh Chase in Fairfax Virginia in December 2024. I love this community. I highly recommend Woodleigh Chase without reservation to anyone looking to live in an independent living Community in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Everyone in Woodleigh Chase both residents and staff are very friendly and kind without exception. I lived in another senior citizen Community in Northern Virginia and Woodleigh Chase is by far the best. It has many amenities and a wide range of opportunities to join groups and clubs. I can’t say enough about Woodleigh Chase in Fairfax, Virginia.

I paid $1000.00 to be put on a priority list for an opening at WOODLEIGH CHASE. My circumstances have changed, and I requested my $1000.00 back on Feb 12, 2025. Its now March13 and we cannot even get a response from the sales team to tell us when the money will be sent! I hope they treat residents better than potenial residents. I am dissapointed in this Erickson Commuity. They used to be top notch.

Kind, friendly, and informative staff. Dawn was extra nice to work with. I especially appreciate that she never once pressured my mother to buy anything. After we made a purchase, staff reached out to us to offer assistance and to let us know they remain available to us. That says a lot about the people who work there. Highly recommend.
