I wish I didn’t have to leave this review…
The shocking truth is that the Health Center at Woodland Pond is a disaster, mostly because the leadership is incompetent, dismissive, and unprofessional. There are systemic communication and staffing issues which lead to the neglect of the residents, Most of the lower staff make an effort, but they are not supported or trained well enough by upper management.

It is unbelievable that at this price point there should be these kinds of serious issues.

Independent Living is the Golden Child of Woodland Pond, gets all the attention, and makes the most money for them. It is unconscionable that the higher levels of care should be run so poorly. A brief tour will not reveal the dark side of this facility, but once your loved one is here, you’ll quickly understand the far reaching consequences of entrenched mis-management.

Went here for finger prints(digital) Each one that was done was checked off as best I could do, but they never tried to get a better one, always went with what they got on the first try no matter how bad the print was. I was told that mine were barely legible and I have to go get them done elsewhere or wait 30 days or more for them to be able to be processed. This is what I was told by the job I'm going for that requored the prints AND the supervisor I spoke to over the phone for identogo(the company that sets up the fingerprints appointment at one of their locations). They said it isn't the first time they e had this happen or this complaint from this location.
