My Mom is getting very good care at Woodlake. She is a new amputee, and PT/OT have done a great job helping her adapt, build strength and walking/transferring. The nursing care has been very good. They also call me proactively with updates. Food could be better, but they are well-balanced meals and there’s always an alternate choice.

I would say I love the staff; they did an amazing job with my mom and understanding her needs. The only thing that I didn’t like is ton the weekend they kind of slack off and don’t want to do their job unless they are supervised.

Woodlake is a wonderful facility. We were greeted at the front desk and given directions to find the patients room. We went to the chapel to pray and thought how nice it was to have such a beautiful chapel with lovely fresh flowers to sit and pray together with our friend . Thank you-

I think Woodlake is one of the most excellent facilities in the metro area. It's clean,, the staff are on top of everything. The staff is kind, the nurses and doctors are kind and efficient in knowledgeable. Only thing I'd have to say is the food is not wonderful. It's edible but not wonderful. My husband is at woodlake for a stroke, and the therapist work with him daily . After moving him from another facility. I feel like I'm finally able to breathe. I feel more comfortable knowing that he gets good care at Wood Lake. I highly recommend them

The director, Jalove, is extremely helpful. Each time I’ve visited to find my mother an apartment, she’s exceeded my expectations . Also, we ate lunch in the cafeteria on one of our visits. While we ate, three different residents approached us to say that they’ve lived there for a number of years and absolutely love it.
