Just wanted to take a few moments and share with you the relationship my Dad has built with Lequita. First of all she's a Joy to work with! In the beginning I had my doubts about my Dad being on the memory floor at your Location. But things seem to be better with her helping Our Father. She is patience, kind and helpful with him. The last couple of days she has been able to get my dad out of his room to go walking. I asked if she could Record his day when they walk and She did/ shared a video with me the other day so I was able to post to FB to show my family members how our Dad is doing which by the way is great! She makes sure his bed is made /his room is clean/ she does wash his clothes folds them and puts them away. My sister and I from time to time will take his laundry home as well However with her Help it's getting Less frequent. When she brings his food in she makes sure his tray is in front of him and comes moves it out of his way when he's done! His memory seems to be ok. He has his moments but from what I have seen she really cares about the Residents! She takes the time to make sure they are all ok. Northridge is Very Lucky to have her as part of the Team! The other aides are ok as well. Lequita is exactly the type of person I was looking for to help my Dad So I don't have to worry so much. And I don't now! Also Dr. Cody is a joy to work with! I also want to give a Shout Out to the Rehab Center/ The Aides were great with my Dad! It's a work in Progress with the help from Lequita/ and the aides on the Memory Care Unit our Dad will be ok. Thank you!

North Ridge is a joke. Transferred my father from TCU into assisted living, and threw my father into Memory Care with patients who wonder off and walk into my fathers room, takes his food and nurses do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! They gave my father a call button for changing his diapers, takes over an hour for staff to come in and they have a poor attitude everytime they see my father and give him a hard time. Nurses knocking on his door at midnight asking for a diaper change while he is sleeping, unlock his door and wake him up asking if he needs a diaper change. Was told he would be getting transferred to a different wing, but has taken 2 weeks now just to "have maintenance remove boxes from past resident" and nothing has been communicated with that. Nurses don't communicate with my father what time meals are or even notify him that food is here. My father has beginning stages of Alzheimers/Dementia but can still hold a conversation, yet because the county labled him with this disease the facility threw my father into Memory Care. I've stated from Day 1 of the tour that he can live on his own, just needs help with diaper changes, 3 meals a day, his medication and to work on his strength. I've heard from countless staff members that my father DOES NOT belong in Memory Care but should be in the Independent Living upstairs where there are nurses available who can assist my father when needed. Memory Care staff members are EXTREMELY rude to my father, have cursed at my father from his attitude which is very unprofessional, nursing staff make fun of my father for his weight and appearance. DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES TO ANY NORTH RIDGE FACILITIES, broken promises and lies given from Day 1. Also, the RSFM is a joke that takes every single penny from the resident's Social Security Income. They stated the RSFM is because they are an assisted living facility, then how come there are PLENTY of other facilities that are also assisted living that don't have the RSFM requirement? DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES HERE!

Came from Colorado to visit mother-in-law. We were happy with the place. Good check in process. The rooms are nice size. Good food, great staff. They have lots of activities going on. We feel she is getting great care.
