Couldn’t believe my eyes when I walked in and saw 0 Covid19 precautions (with the exception of only a temperature screening upon arrival). A full staff meeting was being held openly in a small lobby with patients nearby. No social distancing measures were being followed by staff and not a single employee was wearing a mask. I’m absolutely appalled by the lack of safety and health measures. These patients deserve better protection and care. This facility is blatantly violating patient rights and exposing vulnerable individuals to the global pandemic.<br><br>As a health care provider I must advocate for all patients and say, do not ever entrust this facility with caring for your loved one. I will never again step foot in this place and hope you don’t either.
