I must say the Brian center in fincastle Virginia was the best care for my brother they tend to him like he was their brother when he came to them he had a long journey and they see him through it so now my brother is coming home so we can continue to take care of him all the love and care that they gave him got him stronger and I love you all so much so thank y'all for taking care of Tim soon as he get better up and walking I'm going to make sure that he come and see you all and I think the staff that took care of him and his nurses he will see y'all again so love you and thank you

This place has a very disrespectful director who is rude and very confrontational. Along with staff. Please dont complain against 0them they began to turn on you and try to gaslight you. They even have staff that don't document and this is upheld by the leadership. Also staff is unprofessional like to get rude with you but the minute you get rude with them your the problem. They try to play family against each other and be drama thinking the family members aren't going to talk. I have a TV interview schedule to discuss thet4eatment of mom. No family membershould have to indoor this. It is as if they have a pr9blem servicing black people which is a form of discriminating . Also bringing your love one on video hiding there eye with a teddy bear and reporting things that happen to your love one and honoring the family request of sending there love one out. You contact medical record they start gaslighted you trying to use the law when usually they contact you anyway when your sister is unavailable. Als9 yoursister has clearly told them to talk to you cause she working they than lie on your sister telling her something that you already told your sibling. I even told her they going to be calling her and sure enough they did telling I am calling like I am not a grown woman. They time spent creating drama with the family could be the time spent focusing on our mom and I proving the care she receives. No husband should have to come and see there wife in fecal or urine and you blow it off saying you get to her as soon as you can. Or send a message to the familymember saying you know the people at Aps and they not going to do anything. What does that have to do with my mom. Knocking my mom under the chin and not documenting and blaming it on a tube instead of checking her chart getting back with family. They mad about the app report I will be on the news about this because enough nursing homes are getting away with mistreating people love one. Not my mom wait until my interview with news already scheduled. You will not get away with mishandling my parent and go in group huddles and try to play one sister against another it stops today I am telling and reporting it all. This is unprofessional and unethical especially afteryou dropped my mom in the floor . You disrespected the wrong daughter and you won't get away with it . So stay in your private meetings I know you don't care about my mom but guess what I do. And because I am 4 hrs away and she nonverbal she still has rights and so do her family . Still doing my news interview . Fix the problems and stop contributing to her getting uti's and leaving her in her urine and fecal is not helping anything. She has enough health issues going on.

This place was great.they really made me feel cared for.I loved everyone there.they were my biggest cheer leaders.physical therapy team is excellent I definitely recommend this facility. The best team of caring people.

Kissito Brian Center did a fantastic job with my brother in law. Because of their care he is home today with his family. When we first went there to review the facility, we talked to Teresa. Teresa had already had a plan lined out for Eddie and they followed through with it. The staff was wonderful and they cared for you like family. I can’t leave all there names on here, because there were so many involved with his care. BUT I want to leave them all a big shout out…. THANK YOU!!! Keep up the good work!! Your job matters and makes a big difference.

As a newly discharged patient, I can tell you that the staff at The Brian Center are top notch. Over the past few years I have been in many hospitals and physical rehab facilities and none have even come close to the professionalism, caring, humorous and friendly people I encountered at The Brian Center. From the administrator to housekeeping I have never had such wonderful people on my side before. The rehab room, while small, is perfect for the one on one attention that I received from the Occupational and Physical therapists. I can say that my time there was well spent. I will carry the memories of The Brian Center and its staff for a very long time. They healed my body with their knowledge and soothed my soul with their friendship.
