Windsor Rehab in South Yarmouth was the best experience I have had in my 4 different trips to rehab. I found all of the nurses were highly skilled, listened to your needs and stayed right on top of med distribution which is very important after a painful surgery. The PT team was outstanding and had you work hard to gain the strength to return home. The same goes with the OT team, they really got you ready to return to your own home. The aides were good and were quick to respond to your call light and were very helpful in resolving your needs. I really enjoyed the activity staff, there was no shortage of fun activities with them and it really helped to ease the time of my 5 week stay. The food was top notch considering the bad rap that most institutional places receive. It was a varied balanced menu and the à la carte option was fantastic. Last and not least was the cleaning staff. The place was spotless and was constantly cleaned by an amazing staff. I have a surgery coming up in November and will certainly try to return there for my rehab.

My father was recovering well here for a couple weeks. And then he passed unexpectedly in his sleep next to his wife, my mother. I have not been given an explanation to this day as to how or why. Weeks later they sent me a survey asking “How did we do?” And “How likely are you to recommend us.” Truly heartless.

I wonder if I can give zero stars for a review. Becouse one star is too much. lets see if I can get away with giving them what I think they deserve. I am very happy to be out of there (and still be alive). It only took me about ten days in hospital to recover from Windsor. Love Rob

My brother went to Windsor Rehab for a short stay after a lengthier stay at another rehab facility where he didn’t succeed as well as hoped. I was anxious because I couldn’t be there for him. Scott, administrator, called me and committed that the staff would be outstanding and my brother would succeed. And he did! I loved the professionalism, caring attitude and frequent progress reports. The folks in nursing and therapy who I spoke with were outstanding! I highly recommend Windsor Rehab!

Dad was admitted here after a short stint in the hospital to recover. I hate nursing homes but this place has an amazing staff. Funny, caring, compassionate, hard working. It is truly a hard job they do and I will say i never once complained of odors or cleanliness whatsoever. It went above my expectations. The social worker and case manager and PT OT team are fantastic to work with and a wealth of information. My only advice to people who complain is find some patience and advocate for your loved one. The people at Windsor care and listen.
