I love Professional Care Match, everyone I’ve spoken to and have met through this company have been wonderful people I couldn’t ask for a better company. They are always there when needed. I could not be more happy with my aide. She’s a blessing in my life and I love her and having her come here is the highlight of my days. She’s just wonderful. She’s kind and and competent and she’s just a wonderful person and I love her madly and so does my cat Hobbs she’s just wonderful. She couldn’t be better in any way she sees things that I don’t even see and takes care of them with no fuss or commotion she’s just a fantastic person. This place is horrible! Aides are inexperienced and the staff is also. Owner LEAH DORCH LIES to my Family. Do not leave your loved ones in the hands of this place. It's all about the money. They send people who do not speak or understand English . And most of the time no one shows up and my family member was stuck, our family had to help . Better off seeking a better agency who cares . This one acts like they do ,but do nothing but lie and mislead. It's More about the money and Less about the care!! RUN!!
