Exceptional Care and Peace of Mind at Harbor Point at Centerville Our dear friend was a resident in the memory care facility at Harbor Point at Centerville for 19 months, and we could not have asked for a better experience or greater peace of mind. The care he received from the entire staff was truly exceptional, and they consistently met every single one of his needs with dignity and compassion. Over his time there, the staff truly became family to us. Before moving in, it had been years since we saw him truly social. The facility’s vibrant environment completely turned that around. He absolutely loved the live music and entertainment programs. It sparked a joy in him that greatly enhanced his quality of life and kept him engaged. The facility was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. More importantly, it felt like a community. At every single visit, we were met with a genuine, warm greeting from every staff member we passed. Navigating memory care can be challenging, but the communication here was excellent. The staff kept us completely in the loop, and whenever we had a question or a specific need arose, they addressed it immediately and professionally. Choosing a memory care facility is an incredibly tough decision, but the team at Harbor Point at Centerville made it a beautiful chapter for our friend. We are profoundly grateful for the love, respect, and top-tier care they provided him. Highly recommended.

We had moved our mom from a different facility to Harbor Point. Best decision ever. She is so happy and full of life there. So many daily activities and the woman that do them, most especially Erin, are the most enthusiastic and wonderful people you will meet. The aides there could not be any more caring and hands on. We have not been disappointed. Great place for your loved one

Placing a loved one in a completely new setting can feel apprehensive and downright frightening. The building and grounds are well-maintained and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed many tasty meals with Dad and were offered thoughtful selections. The music entertainment was unforgettable and top notch. My Dad sang his heart out almost every week, smiling with joy from ear to ear. The staff made great effort to learn his sweet spots and touch points. Dad loved his residence like he was on vacation and adored the staff that interacted with him almost hourly. They will miss his comical wit, endless stories of growing up in New York City and tender politeness, as we will. Dad was a true gentleman, loved up by all and a favorite of many. Seeing grieving staff members is very telling of what to expect at Harbor Point. I would do anything to bring my Dad back and in the interim, the compassionate staff kept him remarkably safe, extremely comfortable, tremendously happy and alive.

As a healthcare professional who also has a family member suffering from dementia, I can share first hand how wonderful Harbor Point is in caring for individuals with memory impairment. No matter the time of day or evening I visit, staff is always welcoming and friendly and the residents are well cared for with their needs tended to. I would highly recommend Harbor Point for anyone looking for memory care
