My mother was at the Pavilion for rehab last month and had a very good experience. The building is small and older; however, the staff are top notch. Myranda (has an amazing memory for names!) and Kate were excellent. Both always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. They also were proactive in getting things done for my mom. The aides were great and the OT and PT experiences helped my mother start regaining her strength Kudos also to Bernadette who helped us facilitate mom's care and subsequent move. Mary Ellen in the business office also was helpful. Everyone there is friendly and upbeat - it makes a challenging time much easier!

The staff were well-trained, caring, courteous, concerned about patient physical and emotional health. Food service provided good quality meals, often comfort food, with options for each meal. Physical and Occupational Therapists worked with patients to achieve optimal outcomes. I was very pleased with the staff and facility.

After a debilitating stroke last March , my 97 year old Mother was admitted to The Pavillion 2nd floor which is the rehabilitation floor. Up until this time Mom had been living in an assisted living facility . As a family it was difficult emotionally to navigate the transition. Social Workers Jacqueline and Lucy made such a difference. They were so supportive and informational. They helped With Mom going to The third floor in Long term care. The whole PT, OT and Speech Therapy teams were and are so amazing and supportive. Mom has come so far from her arrival Because of this committed and compassionate team. Marina ,and Marcea , Mom’s Nurses on the 3rd floor are wonderful. They are compassionate, keep a good eye on the residents and communicate with the family. Gloretta, Mom’s CNA is so thorough, gentle and kind. The activity staff is invaluable. They work so hard to create a fun and active day and helps build a sense of community with the residents. Which is so important. When you walk through the entrance on a weekday, MJ, the receptionist warmly greets you. We are so grateful that Mom is a resident of The Pavillion.

My husband recently received care at The Pavillion and our experience exceeded expectations in every way. The staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, ensuring that his needs were consistently met with professionalism and compassion. The quality of the meals provided was excellent, contributing greatly to his overall comfort and well-being. The healthcare professionals went above and beyond what we anticipated, delivering outstanding care and support throughout his stay and I am deeply appreciative. I’m giving 10 ⭐️
