I was blown away by this place. All of the residents seemed to have joy, and interact with each other and the nurses, the nurses appear to actually care and it was spotless. The staff was very accommodating, caring and comforting.

I moved into Windsor in December 2024. Staff and residents were very friendly and welcoming. A lot people misunderstand what Windsor is. It’s a nursing home that has the ability to care for bariatric residents, it’s NOT a weight loss clinic. You have to put the work in yourself, 98%, but they will give you all the opportunities and work with you to make sure you have what you need to meet your goals. There are good food choices, and if you track your own calories and be aware of what you’re eating, you can be successful with what’s offered. Nursing and aides are absolutely amazing , the kitchen staff are wonderful and have always helped me with any questions or requests I had that were in their means. The social worker and administration have been wonderful with issues I’ve had and making sure any problems were taken care of. Transportation are such hard workers and I’ve always been able to get to any appointments along my way to gastric bypass. The therapy team are the best you’ll ever meet! They’re encouraging, educational, and very easy to get along with. The mental health team, the respiratory team, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, truly I could gush about them all. If you’re expecting a five star hotel experience, you’ve already got the wrong idea in your head. This facility will help you become independent and work with you towards your goals, but you have to be prepared to take the initiative and put in the work to make progress and succeed.

'Nurses' won't call 911 if there is an emergency. Cannot stress this enough, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was at the facility for almost a year. It started out but gradually i noticed that their was no real dietician. Diabetic are given the same food as regular diets which is crazy, the only diet really offered is a shake diet. The only edible food is the soup and salad. The aides are great and do what they can and therapy department are amazing. Im no longer there due to medical conditions

Why are patients allowed to eat whatever they want? What about actual people seeking help? Useless
