My father was very well taken care of by the staff at Parkview. They made every interaction feel personal and friendly. They have a small but mighty staff. Every time I came to visit, I was asked if I needed assistance or help. Misty, the DON (Director of Nursing), always made the effort to do what was best for my father during his stay. Erika was also a very well informed member of his care. She kept me updated every step of the way during his care. Though the facility may be dated (as a lot of facilities are) they make the best with what they have. There was a moment where a nurse was concerned his diabetic insulin pump was out of insulin while I was out of town. With the help of video chat, I was able to walk her though the process to refill his insulin. The fact she was ready at the drop of a hat and willing to learn how to do the process, spoke HUGE volumes to me. I don't recall her name, but we had a good laugh about how we were able to do it over video call, and on the first try to boot. To all nurses that I unfortunately don't remember their names, thank you. Thank you Parkview for providing an optimal level of care for my father. ❤️❤️
