Windcrest has the best employees. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I have enjoyed being here. Melissa in social services and Alex the CNA have come in everyday and check on me to make sure I am doing ok. I’m so thankful for everyone’s help.

Windcrest’s staff are top notch!!! Everyone I spoke with were so helpful and friendly, especially Ray and Alyssa who were so helpful over the phone!! Alyssa answered all my questions and was extremely cheery. Definitely left with a great impression!

I cannot say enough great things about this facility! The facility is extremely clean, all the staff members go above and beyond for the residents, and are always so pleasant and helpful!!

We visited the facility and we were "wow'd" with how clean the facility was, how caring the staff were, and how happy the residents seemed to be. There was not that dingy "nursing home odor" you get when you visit other facilities. You can definitely tell that the staff truly love and care for the residents at this facility. We look forward to visiting again and getting to know everyone better!

The level of compassion and care at this facility has changed so much over the years and with being under new management! They couldn’t have a better ADON than Mrs. Cheryl herself! The staff is caring and makes sure they are on top of patient care and needs, the facility is clean and the nurses are hands on! Management such as the administrator, DON, and ADON are hands on as well! All together a great facility to have your loved ones in trusted, caring hands!
