Great place to bring your loved ones. Staff are very kind and friendly. Admissions Coordinator/ Marketing Director and Business Office Manager go above and beyond to help families get their loved ones settled. The warm welcoming of all the staff and management team makes this place feel like home!

Actually it is very easy to write a five-star review since I've become a satisfied patient at the facility. So as I speak this from my own experience I can tell you about the ease of location in the beautiful Northwest Arkansas city of Springdale. There is plenty of shops, both retail and service, easy plentiful parking with access and wealth in a surprisingly diverse population. Westwood accepts most insurance and offers an affordable option to the expensive alternative. It is outstandingly beautiful here in and the building offers an open concept structure that feels like a resort. Westwood sits as an award winning industry standard with an ambience towards healing modality. The home is run by a licensed medical staff ,skilled in treating patients as family with five star care. A medical team of certified doctors practiced in the fields of treating effectively every caseload. All this leads to an excellent choice, a path of regaining health , a better life awaits.

The personnel at Westwood consistently exhibit exceptional friendliness and assistance. They exceed expectations for the residents and genuinely feel like family. The staff members are highly attentive and possess extensive knowledge about each resident, as if they have developed personal relationships with them. The team here genuinely cares.

The first time I stayed at Westwood, the hospital I was in referred me. My experience was such a pleasant one that after breaking bones on two other occasions, I elected to go to Westwood two more times for rehabilitation. The staff could not have been nicer, more helpful and caring! Everyone was so friendly. From dietary, Administration and nursing everyone says hello and has a smile. Brittany the Admissions Director is one of the most professional and accommodating persons I have ever met. I received excellent care while a patient at Westwood. The therapists are very skilled, kind and focused on your recovery. The nursing staff members were skilled, full of empathy and treated me like I were their only patient. I would highly recommend Westwood Health and Rehab and cannot sing their praises enough for the outstanding treatment I received.
