Love this company We had A different agency to help with my mom, but she was without care 30 to 40% of the time because they could not get anybody to fill-in when we hired first flight that all changed when someone calls in or can’t be here that’s supposed to be they get somewhere out here usually the same day. I don’t think they’ve even missed one day of service yet. Kaylee is great at getting my mom the care she needs.

We had 2 great ladies that I would use again when needed. They were very sweet and caring to my mom. When they weren't available, Firstlight worked hard to find someone to fill in that met my needs. I would recommend Firstlight. Thank you.

We chose to use FirstLight Home Care of NWA when in need of a caregiver while in the area for a short time. We chose them because of the kindness, thoughtfulness, patience and generosity given to us by Raelene and her staff. There was uncertainty surrounding our circumstances in general and in the end we needed to cancel our arrangement due to family members testing positive for COVID. Every interaction with FirstLight Home Care (the owner and the caregiver) was pleasant and professional. I had every confidence they would care for our loved ones expertly, gently and kindly. We are grateful to them and would definitely use them again if the need arises.
