Chef Brian Thornton has turned around the kitchen here at Wilshire Estates. The food quality and quantity have improved significantly. There are some foods that I don't, but that is expected. I really appreciate and applaud his efforts. I hope he continues his work.

I moved to Wilshire Estates 5 months ago and am very pleased that I did. I was looking for an independent living facility that had meals, activities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Wilshire Estates really checked all my boxes. The management team is very cooperative. Every request I have had was done quickly. They will go out of their way to help their residents be happy here. Thank you to Brian, our executive chef, for supplying my visiting friends and I with coffee, muffins and fruit this week. We sat in the Guest Dining Room here and had a lovely time.

My mother stayed at this senior independent living facility for about seven months, and overall we had a very positive experience. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, which made a big difference in helping her feel at ease.<br><br>A special thank you to the managers, Mona and Adil, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my mom was comfortable and well cared for. My siblings and I appreciate their kindness and responsiveness, which did not go unnoticed.<br><br>The community itself was always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment for residents and visitors alike. My mom genuinely enjoyed her time there, especially with all the activities and outings, and felt part of a warm and supportive community.<br><br>Unfortunately, as her needs changed and she required more day-to-day assistance, we made the decision to transition her to an assisted living facility. That said, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality independent living option for their loved one.
