Bring your own food is my advice. The meals are terrible For the first 20 days I got scrambled eggs every day your not give a choice and half the time.its not what it says on your menu. Sytaff is small so you often wait a very long time for help Physical therapy occupational therapy are great. This facility is better than some others

I have a loved one entrusted in their care and to say the staff is untrained would be the understatement of the year! We're having our loved one moved ASAP and if you love yours AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COST!!!!

My 91 year old mother went there after suffering a uti resulting in a hospital stay. She stayed for 10 days. It was terrible. I visited everyday thank goodness. One of the days I came in around 11am, to find her still in bed, with the clothes she was wearing the previous day, soaked with urine. I kid you not, I went BS crazy. She just got over a uti because her previous facility caused the uti because they weren't changing her. According to a care nurse they were under staffed. I don't want to hear that! I'm sorry but it's unacceptable. Plus the place smelled of urine if you passed certain rooms. My husband had to hold his breath when passing.

I found the facility very clean. The nurses and cna’s were very good. A special shout out to nurses Cam, Louise and TT. The cna’s very nice and helpful. The main thing I would change is the food. Also Q was top notch explaining meds etc. They need to address specific dietary needs and the food needs to drastically improve. I craved meat and I sure didn’t get much and what I did get wasn’t quality. The food is the only thing stopping a 5 star rating.

Yall lemme tell you… I came to visit my friend fully prepared to feel guilty and sad, but this place ruined that plan by actually being wonderful. The staff are ridiculously kind and somehow manage to juggle ten things at once while still remembering everyone’s name (and snack preferences). The nurses deserve an award for their patience — they’ve got the energy of a coffee shop on Monday morning and the compassion of a Hallmark movie. The building is clean, smells nice (which, let’s be honest, is rare in healthcare), and the residents actually “laugh” here. Like, real laughter — not the polite kind you do at family dinners. Every time I visit, I end up staying longer than I planned because it just feels good to be here. If every nursing facility ran like this one, people might actually look forward to aging. Five stars for making care look effortless — and for proving that kindness and sarcasm can happily coexist. The young lady at the front I believe she’s the social worker Shalimar, unbelievably kind with the warmest heart. AND the DOR there is literally the greatest to ever do it. enough said🙌🏽
