As a home health nurse, I've seen alot of facilities. This one actually follows care plans and communicates well with families. The assisted living residents seem genuinely content here, which isn't always the case elsewhere.

The activities coordinator here goes above and beyond. My father participated in a woodworking class last month that he never would have found on his own. Seeing him interested in something again after his stroke has been such a gift.

Brookdale Bay City has been awesome, they have great and wonderful nurses there. They always make sure things are going smoothly, and anytime our loved one pulls her cord for help, there is no delay and they come in a very reasonable time. Whenever we give them feedback, they are right on top of it, and they are very quick to answer any questions we may have. Any feedback we have about this community is positive feedback.
