I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. My family member has been here going on five years, and they love it here. When we first place him here I was unsure about transitioning him here, dealing with separation anxiety and his comfort level, but to my surprise, he didn’t have any issues, he was quite happy and expressed that he liked his new friends, and declined to come to visit on holidays or special occasions. He stated that this is where he lives and is very happy. The staff is phenomenal and the residents love them. The rooms are clean and very personal to each resident’s unique environment. The meals,quite tasty, I am told.

My brother was a resident of Willow Ridge for 4 years & passed in December 2023. He was well cared for. At that time it was difficult to get management's attention. I recently received a statement showing an updated balance. I contacted TQ the current Director who resolved the concern within days. I was shocked at his quick response & his concern. TQ is amazing. If Willow Ridge has made other improvements at the level of TQ's response & resolution I'd place a loved one here without reservations. Way to go!!

Visited my dad a couple days ago, mentioned how that the staff has been treating him. He also was telling me that he has been really enjoying the activities that the lady has them doing. That he looks forward to that part of the day. I was able to speak to the Activity lady, I believe her name was Cindy or Cynthia, I believe it's Cynthia. I had the pleasure of speaking to her, She's such a beautiful person and has a great heart. You can tell that she enjoys her work and the residents.
