HOW DARE ANYONE GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STAR. WHAT A DAMN JOKE YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME ! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. How dare the state of New York allow a place like this to operate. My loved one was brought there from Jacobi hospital for rehabilitation on his legs. I called and EMT service to get him the hell out of their immediately. The place looks like it's drug-infested You cannot even get through the front gate without getting buzzed in. What an absolute disgrace. You walk through the front door there is no security. You have residents checking you in. There is no checking area no air conditioning. The bed did not work with the remote control his TV had no remote control. The electrical box above his head was hanging out of the wall with wires. That was brown crud all over the walls your shoes would stick to the floor when you're walking. I am definitely calling the board of health and reporting this place. New York City should be ashamed of themselves by letting this place continue to operate and giving them passing grades to stay open. The mayor and governor of New York you should be ashamed of yourself. This place is a damn nightmare absolutely disgusting inside and out. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE

My stay was excellent. I was able to walk again thanks to the Rehab team. Staff were great and attended to my needs immediately. Thanks to the Director of nursing Mr. Nana for ensuring my needs were met. And to all the other departments. My only complaints is about the meals they serve here. I honestly think they can improve on that aspect. I am rating my stay here a 4 star.

Wonderful place for support and healing. The facility is very small which gives it the benefit of a familial feel. The nursing staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Wound care and healing is top-notch. The director of social services is compassionate and dedicated. The rehab department works diligently to get you back on your feet and achieving your goals, even sometimes surpassing them. Everyone from the administrator to the housekeeping staff are focused on the residents and their well-being.
