My mother was treated fine until medicare ran out. Then she was moved to a terrible room with a woman who left the TV blaring night abd day even when she was not in the room. My mither was not alliwed to to turn it iff even when the woman was not in the room! I was told the woman had a right to leave her tv on. I asked if my mother had the right to sleep at at night without the tv blaring and its light in her face while the other woman snored. No. Seriously??? Her bed was broken and they would not trade it out. Her wheel chair was broken and they gave her one that she couldn't get through the bathroom door! ( huge fall risk). The admin. Were dismissive and clear they did not want her there while medicaid was pending. This place was so bad and neglectful- smelled awful and the poor residents on Medicaid are treated terribly! Shame on that Admin.

I have been here for 2 years and it has become a living hell. The staff is inadequate and/or have poor attitudes. I have been out of my bed possibly 10 times because they either don't have enough staff (it takes 2 to get me in my wheelchair) or they don't have time to bother with me (it takes 10 minutes). I eat, on average, 1 out of 3 meals a day due to the poor quality and preparation of the food. When I do eat, the portions are so small they should be for very young children. I have turned this place in to the Dept. of Health twice. Though there have been inspections and violations documented, I was told that not much can be done besides, eventually, fining them. I have no family so I have no one to defend me. I have become severely depressed but I don't know if I can get moved to a decent facility on my own. I've heard so many horror stories about nursing homes that I'm afraid I'll move from bad to worse. All these places have beautiful pictures in their advertisements but it's what's inside that truely counts. By the way, I'm writing this on Christmas Day.

GROSS!! NASTY!! DIRTY!! DISGUSTING!! Please don't do it! If you have someone that you love please don't put them in this horrible place. I transferred my mother out of this hellhole after 2 days. The facility smells AWFUL, the patients look depressed and neglected, the building is run down and dirty. The nursing staff is extremely lazy and rude, especially Cari, the daytime nurse. I witnessed my mother ring her call button to go to the bathroom and wait at least 15 minutes. When I went to see what the holdup was I saw Cari the nurse just setting at her desk playing on her cell phone as my mother's alarm was ringing loudly at her desk. When she got up from the desk She walked down the hallway to have a personal/none work related conversation with a coworker. Not to mention my mother fell several times due to their laziness and negligence. These people only care about getting paid. I wouldn't put my dog in this place, much less a beloved family member. I still get sick when I think about how gross, smelly, and dirty this place is. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
