Our skilled nursing experience with Trinity Woods was wonderful! My mother was at Trinity Woods for skilled nursing care for 6 weeks. The team was incredible! They were kind, caring and patient with her. They kept us informed and listened and reacted to all of our concerns quickly. I want to call out a few standout individuals Marcy, who was always available to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. Belinda who did an incredible job caring for our mother and Ashley, who was patient and encouraging when working with her around her physical therapy. In addition, I want to mention the team preparing the meals. They did a great job preparing flavorful food and providing a variety of options. Having a hair and nail salon available as well as restaurants was an added bonus that we appreciated.

I can't say enough good things about Trinity Woods. My mom was living in her own home and on the waiting list for assisted living at TW when she fell, and went to the hospital. When she got out, she needed rehab and skilled nursing 24x7. Fortunately Trinity Woods does that too so that's where she went. She's a vibrant 93 years old, but she wasn't getting around too well even before she fell. The therapists and nurses worked wonders with her. She's better now than she was before she fell, physically and mentally. Today (two months later) I moved her into assisted living, she no longer needs skilled nursing. She'll spend the rest of her life at Trinity Woods and we're both comfortable with that. I've been there with her through this journey and gotten to know the people who work there, and observed the services they provide at different levels. TW provides each level of care from independent to long-term care, so whatever happens, they have the right place for them. She's always been treated well, the food is fine, it's clean, secure, and the staff really seem to care. My mom wanted to live in her own house until her time came (as many people do) so she wasn't crazy about this idea, but she's very happy there. I'm thankful for all the people who have and will continue to help her have the best quality of life possible. Update March 2025: My mom had a medical problem serious enough for a trip to the hospital. The TW staff took action, informed me immediately, and got her there quickly. Probably saved her life. She's since gone through the same process of skilled nursing, rehab, and back to assisted living. It's gone just as smoothly as before and she's making progress every day. Everyone was helpful and nice. Many of them knew us from before, and treated us like family.

We had an outstanding experience with Trinity, the past two weeks in skilled nursing, the nurses and the physical therapist occupational therapist speech therapist, and Director all were very professional, and described how their place worked. Medications went smooth, and we are just real happy…. we would take our mother there again if required Randy

My mother lived at Trinity Woods for almost 7 years, in the Felt House and later assisted living. She loved the beautiful grounds, the loving caregivers, the Wellness center, the various activities and the many friends she made while living there. She felt it was truly a wonderful decision to live her final years at the best senior living center in Tulsa.

My wife's mom was a resident in Assisted Living and subsequently in Memory Care until she passed away. The staff was wonderful. They were kind, compassionate and caring. They would often go above and beyond when caring for her. My wife and I wouldn't think of residing elsewhere when we decide to join a senior living community
