White oak has one of the most amazing Administrators, Michael. Everything about how he interacts with the residents and family shows you that his passion is taking care of others. From walking around the nursing home playing his guitar to even getting awesome band logo shirts for the residents. His smile and energy can be contagious. The residents love him and have a great relationship with him. His employees love him. His vibe is so mellow and calming. If you want to take your family somewhere that you know they will be taken care of and treated like a real human should and not a pay check White Oak is where you should be.

I want to express my gratitude for this place. My mother recently passed and I am honored to have known how much she was loved by the staff. So many made a caring relationship with her. That kind of love you don’t find everywhere. The administration (Michael, Melissa, Michelle, Joy and Bonnie) assisted us with such care and compassion as well. The real MVPs are the nursing assistants and nurses. Shout out to Connie! I can’t remember every aide and nurse at this moment but I have a grateful heart. Side note: I have been around many of facilities and this one does not smell like urine. That’s such a blessing to know your loved one doesn’t have to live in a place that drowning with bodily oder. Suggestions: The main owners/ corporation need to update the phone system ASAP of this facility site that they possess. During after hours and weekends, it’s tough to get someone to talk to. And the nurses cannot get to the calls when they cannot stay in one stationary place. This can be super frustrating. There is nothing the nurses can do about it. Also renovations are probably needed. It could use come brightening up and a refresh for the residence who reside on the side that has not been updated yet.

My father had recently been placed at White Oak after an extended illness. I was very pleased with the care he received while he was there. From the top down, everyone at White Oak truly went above and beyond for my dad. Everyone at White Oak truly love all the residents and they all make every effort to ensure the people that are there receive the best care possible. They are treated like family! You will not find a more caring, compassionate and loving group of people than the staff at White Oak!

White Oak Healthcare is a place that I would not think twice of placing my loved one! As soon as you enter the building you can feel the kindness, compassion and respect between the employees and the residents!! Everyone is treated with love and compassion which is demonstrated by the administrator, Michael Wittmann, with the employees following suit!! There is respect for each other among the staff, administration and residents! All residents are treated equally and all of their needs are met daily, regardless of what that need might be! Michael treats each resident as if they were his family as does, every one of his employees! Once again, I would never hesitate to place my loved one at White Oak Healthcare, as the care and love given to each resident is like no other! It has been my pleasure to provide this review!!!
