My mom's care has been the best. The staff are wonderful with her. The place is always clean, I go in at all different hours of the day. The food looks and smells good, she says everything has tasted real good.

My father was here before his passing. It was very personalbull. All private rooms. Kind staff. Owners are very handsome on n attentive. My dad passed in 2017 God bless his soul! I am now in very poor health, n very close to being in a nursing facility. This is the only place I will consider. #1 reason Private room. #2 fabulous staff. #3 great owners. #4 rehab is wonderful. #5 food was decent too

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. not only was i hung up on when i called back and said i was hung up on there was no urgency or courtesy in the way i was spoke to. called to complain and the "director" or whomever i spoke with was just as nasty. disgusting.

I was admitted to Gillette Nursing Home to receive Physical Therapy Rehabilitation following a hip replacement and second revision. The PT and OT staff were attentive and knowledgeable. I felt that they were very carefully moving my recovery forward. All of the staff, including Nurses, LPN's, STNA's, Aide's, food service and cleaning team were wonderful. I was always warmly greeted, asked about my comfort and if I needed anything. When I did summon the staff they always responded quickly and appropriately. Bottom line, I felt that my time was well spent at this facility, and that my health improved while I was there.

My mother is currently at Gillette after major surgery. The care, commitment, and communication is second to none! It's rare to find a facility that is family owned, let alone treats everyone like family. I highly recommend Gillette for all of your short term and long term care needs.
