Horrible place. My friend is in here and the nurses refuse to change her make her sit for hours in her own urine and bm multiple times she’s been left for 24 hours without being changed she tells them when she needs changed and they have told her no. This place needs to be shut down and a few of the nurses need to be in jail

As a Hospice chaplain, I visit a lot of different assisted living facilities. I can assuredly say that at White Oak, I have found the staff warm, friendly, and genuinely caring every time Im there. I would absolutely recommend this place to my closest of friends and family.

White Oak health campus Is a beautiful facility, with very kind hearted compassionate staff who take the upmost care of their residents. I am very impressed with all that I see when I am in this facility. I love to see the joy and happiness that happy hour, and their activity department provide to bring quality life to the residents that live here!
