We learned of Elevate Senior Services at a time of crucial need. As my husband's primary caregiver following a stroke, I suddenly found myself incopassatated and in the hospital. My son, several states away, contacted Emily with Elevate. Emily immediately went into action, and in a heartbeat we were set up for home care services. We can not begin to express our gratitude. Emily and Johnni are not only reliable and accommodating, but incredibly helpful with anything and everything. There aren't enough adjectives to describe how we feel about Elevate Senior Services!

We have been on the receiving end for the last 10+ years of needing an aide to help with my father, who is 64, who has Multiple Sclerosis. (He was diagnosed with MS at age 30; so 34 years ago living with the disease.) It seems after the pandemic specificaly , it has been a struggle, just a disaster, extremely exhausting to find good, reliable, honest in home care that just even shows up and successfully completes daily tasks to maintain my fathers quality of life while I'm working. We have been in this industry for over a decade and have seen everything!!! ..but then we found Emily with Elevate on Care.com. We have had them for last 6 months. This was after two huge companies we were using, struggled, to get our hours covered. They weren't able to send honest, reliable, and the aides were not even capable to assist in a simple guided transfer. Emily was willing to learn specific things my father needed with his health/ condition and exceeded our expectations. She finishes her daily tasks and will even finish a task I started but ran out of time to finish. She is of course knowledgeable in assisted transfers, bathing, grooming, dressing, grabbing and preparing him meals, medicine reminders, and etc. but most importantly, she is trustworthy and treats my father with respect and she has a lot of patience! She has the patience to help him do things on his smart phone that he needs help with, help him listen to music on his Alexa, and really talk to him enough he feels seen but then still keeps enough space to keep it professional still. My father is still really young to be this ill, so finding someone who understands MS, being compassionate with its progression, and how what he needs can change on a day to day basis is really important and difficult to find. He really enjoys her coming daily (and sometimes on the weekends.)
