Not happy at all I feel like they’re trying to kill my grandmother, have gotten several calls in a day about her falling, what protocols do they follow? To me seems like they don’t have any! my grandmother constantly looks dirty and lays in urine. She has dementia and forgets things, one of the staff called me about a fall she had and blamed her saying “she forgot to use the call button” well of course she did has dementia! Why are residents not being checked on frequently especially when they are a fall risk, I’ve worked in a field similar to this and there were 7 day watch protocols in place, Gait belts and helmets for fall risk residents. And the cherry on top was getting the call from staff asking if I wanted to switch her from an all code to a DNR! I also just received another call a little bit ago from staff saying they found her on the floor, she stated she hit her head and they didn’t send her to the hospital!
