Cara takes excellent care of our dad, Truman, at West Lafayette Assisted Living! She goes above and beyond. She’s very engaging with him, gets him to exercise, and helps him to take care of himself. She deserves beyond 5 stars.

Carrie is just a wonderful person, she cares deeply about her client. My son Bobby gets along with Carrie, they communicate very well with one another. She goes beyond what’s needed. Carrie is very dependable and is very much appreciated.

I’ve had a good experience with BrightStar Care. The team has been professional and easy to work with. My caregiver, Carrie, has done an excellent job. She’s reliable and I really appreciate the consistency and care she provides. Overall, I’m pleased with the service and would recommend BrightStar to others looking for home healthcare support.

My dad has Parkinson’s disease. Several times now they have had to cancel coming so that my mom - his primary caregiver can go to her appointments she has two times a week for literally 4 hours. She doesn’t ask for much of the people who come except that they show up. She has had to rearrange her schedule and find coverage for the cancellation so that she can still get done what she needs to do. She won’t leave negative reviews or complain but we hired care for 2 days a week for 4 hours each day. We adore our Monday caregiver and love that she is consistent. We picked Brightstar based on reviews and what met our needs. But currently this year it seems that they are always canceling

Brightstar has provided my father care for over 10 years. They have consistently given us peace of mind and comfort knowing they will be there. We would be lost without them! This industry in general has issues with turnover, and some employees who are there to do the bare minimum. However, even through staff changes and random schedule issues, Brightstar strives to overcome the obstacles.
