Don't trust these people I was told I could move in around August no response on my moving date I complaint silver tree management and they said they would contact the management at Westminster towers about the application the last I heard was October 2025 and I'm still waiting

It's a shame that the Owners have NOT restored the POWER OR ELECTRIC for the Elderly Residents since last week. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR because you EXPECT the residents to pay for their rent!!!!!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to give 0 stars so I had to give 1. I filled out an application for my dad and was told there was a 6 month to a year and a half wait time. We finally received a call at the end of June to come in for an interview and tour for July 3rd. We arrived and did the interview. There’s an assistant manager named Dave who conducted the interview and told me to bring all of my dad’s personal information so they could make copies. He made copies of everything including his social security card and his debit card (front and back) etc. Dave then had my dad and I sign paperwork about the move in process and told him he will have a place for him no later than July 29th because some tenants had moved out and they needed to clean and prep the unit for him. I asked him for a tour and he said they only do tours on the move in date (whatever that means). So we waited for Dave to be in touch with us as it got closer towards July 29th. I called a week before and was told to call back next week. I called back again on July 31st to ask for an update and was told “we will be in touch as soon as we are ready for you” (which is not very promising, considering we were given a date and made arrangements for the end of July move in). I asked to speak with his manager multiple times and he refused each time. He called me back the same day (July 31st) and told me that the tenant who was moving out of the unit, decided to stay and changed his mind. (But we were never notified of this). Which honesty, sounded like some excuse because he realized I was serious about reporting this incident to the parent company. My dad is really heart broken because he was looking forward to moving there and was promised a unit on a specific date. I don’t know Dave personally but I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night knowing I did this to someone. HORRIBLE experience !

I loved living at Westminster Tower and miss being there. I lived there for 3 years and the staff was amazing. Management and maintenance were always very nice and helpful. They treated me like family. I moved to a nursing home recently and I miss my friends and family at Westminster Tower.

I moved here four months ago but I have know about Westminster Tower when I volunteered few years ago This is a great place to live. So come on board and you will find out for yourself and be happy.
