From the moment we first walked through the doors, the entire team at Metairie Health Care Center showed compassion, patience, and genuine warmth. They not only provided outstanding medical care, but also treated our loved one, and our entire family, with dignity, respect, and kindness during an incredibly difficult time. Every nurse, aide, and staff member went above and beyond, taking the time to explain each step, offering comfort, and creating an environment that felt peaceful and supportive. Their communication was clear and reassuring, and they were always available to answer questions or offer a caring word when we needed it most. The level of empathy and professionalism here is truly remarkable. We are deeply grateful for the comfort they brought to our family. I cannot recommend Metairie Health Care Center enough. They are a true blessing during life’s hardest moments.

Everyone we encountered—from nursing and therapy to housekeeping and administration—did their jobs with genuine kindness and skill. The facility itself is spotless. Every area we visited was clean, organized, and well-maintained, which gave our family great peace of mind. My mother required extensive rehab, and the therapy team went above and beyond to support her progress. They were patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in her recovery. Metairie Healthcare exceeded every expectation we had. Knowing my mother was in such capable and caring hands meant everything to us. Metairie Healthcare Center has taken such wonderful care of my grandmother, and I highly recommend them. The staff is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and caring. Every time I visit, the facility smells fresh and clean, which says a lot about how well it’s maintained. My grandmother made such great progress after her hip surgery, and I truly credit the skilled and compassionate care she received here. A special thank you to Ms. Adrianne, the CNA on the skilled hall—she is amazing! She treats my grandmother like family and made me feel completely at ease knowing my loved one was in her care. While the building itself is a little dated, the quality of care is absolutely top tier. I would not hesitate to send a loved one here again if needed.
